Terms of Service
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
any of the statements below can change if discussed with me prior to the commission.
I. General Terms
- I can draw pretty much any type of subject. If I feel incapable of drawing your idea, I won’t accept the commission.
- Prices may increase with the overall complexity of the picture.
- I am comfortable with drawing nudity, sexual acts, violence and gore. I will communicate if anything makes me uncomfortable to draw.
- It can take between 3 days to a month to complete a commission.
II. Payment / Refund Policy
- The payment will be done upfront via Paypal invoice.
- I only accept Euros (EUR) as a currency.
- If I can’t complete your commission due to personal problems or other, you will be refunded.
III. Process
- I start working upon payment.
- I will sketch your commission and send it to you for approval: this is your only chance to ask for changes.
- Once the sketch has been approved, I will work on it and send updates. It’s nice to watch something getting done :)
- I will send you the high-res file when the commission is complete.
IV. Copyright / Usage Policy
- I hold every rights to the drawings I produce. I am allowed to use the drawing for self-promotion and publication.
- The commissioner is allowed to use the drawing for personal use, self-promotional purposes (with proper credit to the artist), and print it for themselves.
- Altering the drawing, removing watermarks/signature, taking credit for the drawing or reproducing/using the drawing for commercial purposes without my permission are strictly prohibited.
- Commercial use need to be discussed before payment.
